Kegged my Hillbilly Dew ipa today, a ipa made with rye and red wheat malts and a little caramel 20L. Used Denny's fav 50 yeast for the first time, it only attenuated 71% but still wasn't too sweet and tasted great. Kegged hopped it with amarillo and simcoe.

Bottled my "Patriot's Pride Ale" tonight. It was a beer of several "firsts." First time I used DME, a hop addition, and the first time I used StarSan when bottling. So much FOAM!
