sadly I use a spoon. I say sadly 'cause I'm a cabinetmaker and I got the tools(hell I got a shop in the backyard), just never dawned on me 'cause the spoon works. But that's just too cool!
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain

Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

I was never too concerned since it would only impress myself sitting out in the garage over the boiling pot. If it did end up impressing the neighbours, it would just cause them to come over, realize that "the nut job neighbour" is making lots of beer, and want samples of my precious stash. So a spoon it is!
