Black Ducks Pilsner

Post by Rayyankee »

I was fortunate enough to be paired with Chris on the last RCE. We exchanged some beer as well and one of them i received was a pilsner.
This beer poured out very nice a head about an inch thick and kept it lacing all the way to the end. I really enjoyed this pils not sure what he used for hops but it was quite tasty. Was nice and gold in color and very clear after a couple weeks in the fridge. Over all a great beer and would drink these all day if i could.
Cheers

Thanks Ray....I appreciate the words. That pils was actually a very simple lager. I used Saphir hops in that. Glad you enjoyed it. It's one of my favorites.
