Good luck!! :urock:
Fill with mingled cream and amber,
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain.
Quaintest thoughts — queerest fancies,
Come to life and fade away:
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today.

– Edgar Allan Poe

Congrats. I resist change a lot but with hindsight I usually find that it's a good thing.

It's hard to do but sometimes you have to do what you have to do. I left Zurich Insurance after 16 years (last April) and I am so glad I did. I made the move to make officer level and I'm not regretting it one bit - especially when bonuses come out in a month or so.

Congrats on having the stones to fight the urge to stay put and to forge out into new territory.

BRAVO, sir!
