RCE - BlackDuck & jimjohson Saison

Post by BlackDuck »

Jim and I have pretty much figured out our RCE recipe. Neither one of us has done a Saison yet. So that's what we are going to tackle. I believe we each have a couple of brews in line before we can tackle this one, but we'll get to it as soon as we can.

I'm going have to order the acid malt and the Sorachi Ace. So I might as well go on and get the yeast instead of using dry.

I will drain that glass again.

Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

That's a better phonetic representation of what I meant, thanks. That's how I pronounce it, too. Now I just need to grow a little tiny moustache like this guy:

I don't want to talk to you no more, you empty-headed animal food trough wiper! I fart in your general direction! Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries!
