RCE - BlackDuck & jimjohson Saison
Jim and I have pretty much figured out our RCE recipe. Neither one of us has done a Saison yet. So that's what we are going to tackle. I believe we each have a couple of brews in line before we can tackle this one, but we'll get to it as soon as we can.

Man that Fedora Dave is a genius for thinking this up. There's all kinds of great stuff going on.

Re: RCE - BlackDuck & jimjohson Saison
I'm going have to order the acid malt and the Sorachi Ace. So I might as well go on and get the yeast instead of using dry.
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

It looks like I will have to order the Ace too. Not sure about the yeast yet.

My personal favorite Holy Grail quote just to prove that I can move a thread further than anyone else......and faster too. I took thread-jacking in high school when many of you were in diapers!I don't want to talk to you no more, you empty-headed animal food trough wiper! I fart in your general direction! Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries!
