Re: The No Post Post
The ony heat source I have is when I'm boiing, otherwise, the temp is what it is. I don't mind cold, but when my nose freezes just walking out, I stay in. It's going to be mid 20's by late afternoon, I'm just not feeling up to it...
I'll take snow and 20's over -18 or - anything, anyday... Stay warm my friend...

Re: The No Post Post
Okay this is all getting crazy ala T8r's schizophrenic weather post a few days back; it is in the upper eighties here today with the sun shining but going to freezing temps again overnight Sunday into Monday AM then back into high temps again.
Does some country have a drive us all crazy weather machine they are testing?
I only have two citrus plants, dwarf lemon and lime trees, so I can't imagine what people with groves are going through.
Is this the weirdest weather year yet or what???

Re: The No Post Post
So my wife has been in New York the last couple days at a conference. Her flights today went from NYC to Chicago to Columbus. She just called and they cancelled the leg from Chicago to Columbus due to weather in Chicago. The snow is supposed to hit here tomorrow afternoon. They have her booked on a 7am flight tomorrow morning but who knows if they will fly or not tomorrow. I am going to guess that they don't. I had to cancel my brew day tomorrow and now I don't even get to have my wife home. THIS WINTER CAN GO TO HELL!!!!

Feel your pain on the subject of this winter, I've used my snowblower more this winter than the last three combined! But this storm is a bit of a flip for us, Columbus area is supposed to get it worse than the Cleveland area! Wake up Mother Nature it's March!

C'mon down. It might be crowded since my son dropped his dog off for 2 weeks but we can squeeze you in.FrozenInTime wrote:Just wanted to share NOAA's forcast for us tonight:

Dogs, no problem, he would get along well with mine. If it's a female, hope it's ... fixed... mine isn't.
Should I bring my brewing supplies, or do you have plenty?

Cool! I'll throw the harley in the back of the truck, you'll never get me to leave!! Been so long since I rode without thermal undies and winter jacket/pants.... I'll be in heaven. yeah, like I got a choice in the matter...I'm lucky they give me the little room for a man cave/brewery, and where I spend the vast majority of my time to avoid; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VFmYsFNra0k

My wife and I had that conversation this am. Still feeling the raw effects of a bad cold, so she said I coud brew inside kitchen. I said thanks, but she wouldn't appreciate the aromas...
