IDAHBB...I just got back from standing on the ice covered four-lane in sub-zero wind chills directing traffic because some truck drivers think their trucks can still hold the icy road at 50mph. No one hurt but it amazes me how far into four feet of hard-packed ditch snow a semi can travel.
Things men have made with wakened hands, and put soft life into
Are awake through years with transferred touch and go on glowing
For long years.
And for this reason some old things are lovely
Warm still with the life of forgotten men who made them.

I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber

Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."
