Hello, Everyone! I'm Shermie!
Hi, guys & gals!
I'm new here, and I found this forum quite by accident.
But I just decided to join to see what all the buzz is about concerning beer and its brewing techniques.
I've only recently began brewing my own beer since January, just to see what it's like. I found out that it is a fun thing to do!
I'm a longtime East Boston resident, born & raised here. I like to walk, cook, watch TV, exercise and watch movies. But as of late, I've been very heavy into beer making (making my 3rd batch right now). I'll be stopping by now & then. Hope to be talking to y'all soon!!

Born in a suburb of Boston, actually was back there a few weeks back (Danvers) for some family business. Family came from Belmont, Chelsea, had a family store in Revere, all many moons ago.

"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain

Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."
