Started it the other day. It is in the fermenter. I'll check it this coming Wednesday to see if it is ready for bottling. :hammer:

Good to have you with us, Shermie. This is a good place to learn about beer and brewing, and also just to have a good time. We're a social forum, as well.

Thanks, guys!

I'm still fairly new at home brewing beer. What has sparked my interest was when I saw online, the kit with the 1-gallon glass jug that comes with hops to make IPA. I found out that that kit involves a lot more work, so I looked at other kits, such as Mr. Beer and others.

I chose the Brewdemon beer kit because of its uniquely styled conical shaped fermenter! I like its design where it sits in a stand that sets it apart from the keg-style fermenter. I've made three batches with it so far. :hammer:

:borg: You chose wisely.
The Nong Brewery defines "Fermentation" as: Making "Rot" a Good Thing

:borg: Welcome to the BeerBorg Information Center. You will be assimilated. Resistance is Quite Futile: WE have BEER.
