bb1 is quite upset because she was posting a (lenghty) discussion and was apparently 'timed out', losing her data. she has moved away from the 'puter ... is there any way to recover all her tyong? thanks.

I don't see anyway that Glenn or I can access anything and don't know if Leigh can but I'll send him a message about this.
What browser was she using and how long was the computer dormant? I've never had this happen to me but this is at least the third time I've heard someone say this. But, it may be your browser doing this too, but that's doubtful.

Thanks. she was on google hrome probably drafting a post for around 1/2 hour. actually that includes her typing some other responses. she was never like away from keyboard.

I've had random issues with the board losing my login session and killing posts, so I've gotten into the habbit of selecting all the text of my post and copying it to my clipboard, then if the post fails, log back in and paste it back into another response.

I blame it on my browser settings though.
