That's correct. Unless you are using some off the wall exotic ingredient that is not considered "normal" to that style of beer, no need to worry about sending in the recipe or stating what is in it. Homebrew Alley VIII had sheets included in the online registration material for recipes, process, etc. I can't remember if it was required or not, but I just filled it out anyway.Funky Skunk Brewing wrote:That's correct. Oddly, last year's Homebrew Alley VII didn't have these.
Upshot is, Phil, if they don't ask for it and provide a template for it, I wouldn't think it's necessary.
