That's correct. Unless you are using some off the wall exotic ingredient that is not considered "normal" to that style of beer, no need to worry about sending in the recipe or stating what is in it. ON occasion the organizer can request your recipe, but I have never encountered that either.

Homebrew Alley VIII had sheets included in the online registration material for recipes, process, etc. I can't remember if it was required or not, but I just filled it out anyway.

Oddly, last year's Homebrew Alley VII didn't have these.

Upshot is, Phil, if they don't ask for it and provide a template for it, I wouldn't think it's necessary.

Tomorrow afternoon, after SWMBO gets home from work, we're driving down to Miami for this. Hope to bring back some great feedback, and maybe some hardware!
