Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
LOML is away for a day-long conference and I had nothing to do as it is, once again, too cold to do any work outside so I moved Brew Day up one day. I'm brewing what I have named ""1421 Ale". I've done a beer under this name as a PM but this is it's first rendition as an AG. We'' see how it comes out.

Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
Laid up sick today, but I intended to do some bottling. I need to get both gallon fermenters of brett saison bottled (I need one of the fermenters to secondary the O-fest in), and I had thoughts of bottling the non-funky 2.4 gallon version of the old ale as well. I guess I better feel better tomorrow to get these done...

Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
Just bottled 2.5 gals of what I'll call Dirty Water Rye. It was the secondary sparge from a recent brew with a few additions. Used up some personalized caps and labels from a friend as a present. Fermented in 4 days, I let ride another 10 and cold crashed. Tasted pretty good, not the best, but drinkable/enjoyable...
Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
Just bottled 032214 with the (she wanted to help bottle)... bonus for her, she got to bottle prime 3 bottles as well.
I'd post pictures, but all y'all know I'm to retarded to post those things....

Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
Okay not bottled or brewed but transferred SWMBO's favorite and renamed to Ayla Rose's Rambling Red to secondary...1.057 OG down to 1.013 racking FG. 5 gallon batch into 2 LBKs for easy bottling day on Monday or Tuesday. I gotta learn to keep this one in stock at all times until I run out of MB refills. I just might pull a FIT and have SWMBO assist me (shit, I haven't stopped laughing since I thought that thought)

Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
Seems that I'm not such a smarty-pants after all. (I'm sure that comes as quite a shock to all of you. ) I was doing some research on the name I plag--I mean, borrowed for my pale ale and discovered it's supposed be be 1420 and not 1421.
Poop! Now I have to re-do my labels too.

Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
Got the boil on for my PacTiki Pale Ale. Waiting for the timer to tell me to add the flavor addition. Gotta decide what I want to brew next weekend....

Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
Mega Beer Day yesterday.
The wife wanted to stay in all day and do nothing, so I decided to take advantage of the situation...
1) Bottled 5 gallons of Kolsch.
2) Brewed another 5 gallons of Kolsch and pitched on the yeastcake. Was going crazy in a couple of hours.
3) Bottled 2.5 gallons of Scottish 70.
4) Moved 5 gallons of Graff to bottling bucket.
5) Brewed 5 gallons of White IPA and pitched on the Graff yeastcake.
I was beat up after 13ish hours andI still need to bottle the Graff, hopefully later today.
