I went downstairs first thing this morning and low and behold there was a steady stream of bubbles in my blow off bucket. It sure takes that BRY-97 a long time to get started but once it does, hoo boy, does it party!

I've got a pack of that yeast in the fridge I've been meaning to try. Wasn't sure what tyke of beer I should try it with. Thinking about a session IPA.

Anything you would use S05 for will be better with BRY 97
