Re: My grandson
Awesome, way cool! Looks like a blast!
And it looks like you're doing a bit better in the weather department too!
Have two of my grandkids over now... X-box and movies for us as it's too cold and wet to have the kind of fun you guys had!

Re: My grandson
Neat!
I can see the family resemblance, especially in the first pic. Thanks for sharing, Roger. I love seeing family photos and reading about nice family relationships and good times.

Re: My grandson
Years ago I used to coach flag football. It was a BLAST! except for one thing; The YMCA - who sponsored the league - had a rule that all the players got at least one turn at each position during the game. This was fine with me. None of the kids want to be a guard during the whole game and all of them want to get a chance to handle the ball. But the parents! OMG! You pull some guys boy out of the QB position after he made a great play and dad is in your face. He has no care that the rules say that's how it happens. His boy's team ain't gonna win if his boy ain't tossing or running with the ball. It came close to blows once or twice.
Things men have made with wakened hands, and put soft life into
Are awake through years with transferred touch and go on glowing
For long years.
And for this reason some old things are lovely
Warm still with the life of forgotten men who made them.

Nice, looks like he's having a blast. In the last picture looks like he's reminding himself it's flag football not tackle.

Re: My grandson
Chuck, my father coached Little League for years and years, and he always said the parents were the worst part of it.
Come to think of it, my wife says the same thing about teaching third grade.....
Boy, I hope I'm not that father!
