I'm afraid that Gymrat spilled some beer while he was bottling. I don't know about the rest of the Borg but I'm having a real tough time dealing with it.
Things men have made with wakened hands, and put soft life into
Are awake through years with transferred touch and go on glowing
For long years.
And for this reason some old things are lovely
Warm still with the life of forgotten men who made them.

But Ralph was quick to clean it up so that it wasn't wasted. That makes everything ok in my mind.Chuck N wrote:Then I suppose I'm going to have to be the bearer of the bad news...Tabasco wrote:How's everybody doing? I'm still brewing ... think of y'all alot, even though I haven't been around.

not sure that's what they mean by "dry dock"

I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain

Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

I have a six corny keg pipeline these days. Haven't bottled in a while. All my bottles are empty.
Re: The No Post Post
Had a very enjoyable evening with an old high school friend tonight with her friend from work. SWMBO was unable to join us and was in our thoughts throughout the evening. Just running this by the borg as my female friend and I have reconnected after many years askew. We reconnected in 2008 and have had many happy hours together with SWMBO and her husband. Nothing there but have any of you been in contact with old female friends or vice versa. We both have grandkids about the same age and have some very interesting convos. She is just a good friend, nothing more and my wife & I have so much in common with her. Don't read any more into this but a convo piece. Just asking.

Yes, both my wife and I have been and stayed in touch with old friends (and intimate friends). We both know that they were a part of our lives in the past and helped make us who we are today. We are open and honest with with each other and remember how each past relationship got us to where we are now.T8rSalad wrote:Nothing there but have any of you been in contact with old female friends or vice versa.
We enjoy their company and they ours, and yes some of our conversations are adult rated.

Re: The No Post Post
Now let's get real here...someone near and dear to me used to smoke the ganja-mon back in the 70's, they quit smoking for their SWMBO once married and haven't touched the stuff since. We were having a discussion about tokin' it up again after all these years once his SWBMO kicks the proverbial bucket....not sure how to take this but what say y'all???mtsoxfan wrote:That is pretty cool... would have watched it for hours back in the 70's...
