A simple recipe.
3 pounds american 2 row
3 pounds german pilsner
.5 ounce AMarillo for 35 minutes
.5 ounce ciTRA for 15 minutes
.5 ounce Citra hopstand for 20 minutes roughly while wort cooled.
Bry97 yeast for 19 days at 65.
I think I bottled with .7 ounces pale DME. A little high but with extra head the aromas incredible.
