Changed the oil in the truck today, then cut the grass, then colored Easter eggs with my daughter. Now it's beer time.
And this one hits the spot. WOW is this good. Poured crystal clear and perfect yellow color. Nice big fluffy head and lacing that looks like will coat the glass.
Aroma and flavor are all Kolsch. You've brewed a great beer. That's all I can say. Well Done!!!
