try oven cleaner left over night comes right off. I brew on the stove all of the time. IT happens

Luckily, mine only calls for boiling the water, and then pouring the beer base into the hot boiled water to make the wort! That way, it does not overcook or boil over, creating that burnt mess that you've had to clean up. :hammer:
Because nobody likes flat beer!!
