Dave I use Maverick Redi-Check temp probe, love the smoker and meat dual temp.
I need to find one that has two meats and smoker temp

I will second the Maverick - it's a great wireless BBQ thermometer!Trollby wrote:Dave I use Maverick Redi-Check temp probe, love the smoker and meat dual temp.

I'll look into it, on your recommendation, but as nice as it is, I'm not going to go nuts looking. I know I can get a good digital at my local supermarket, and that should serve me well.
Toby, that meal looks amazingly good! Nice job on that lamb and potatoes!

Re: BBQ and beer!
I've grilled lamb chops, and that's the only way I'll eat 'em. Otherwise they just seem too greasy to me. I doubt I'd have cause to slow-cook/smoke a whole leg of lamb. But I bet it would be mighty tasty.
