Cashed in a birthday free pizza at Old Chicago, so...

Yazoo Spring Helles, followed by Founders All Day IPA... wow, those almost look like the same beer...

While waiting on the HVAC guys to wrap up, I couldn't resist popping this...

Rodenbach Grand Cru

Since the wife bought some Yellow Tail Bubbly, I love having these great resealable caps that come on their bottles. Keeps the champagne carbed for four days after opening, and seems to do well with the Belgian bottles as well... which gives me an excuse to open some of these bombers here and there.

Same here Alb, BB2 and I shared the last bottle of our Galaxy IPA today, but our next brew day will be an APA version.

I really love that hop.

We need to invent a "The last Bottle" smiley; kind of crying but also with some yum in it, like a will redo for sure smiley.

Just finished the last of my Two Heart clone ale, then drinking a collaboration from Elysian, Black Raven, Pike, Georgetown, Schooner Exact, & Naked City celebrating the sixth year of Seattle Beer Week with 6 hops, 6 hop additions, 6 malts, & 6 house yeasts. An Excellant amalgamation of good things, but the whole may not greater than the sum if it's parts.

I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber

I am drinking ale today."

Yesterday as we celebrated our 2nd graduation of the week, we drank both the White House Amber and the Porter, Blue Moon clone, and my Moosedrool clone. We also compared the last Moosedrool batch with this new one (seemed the same), and then tried the Irish Hills Red I brewed against the Mackinac Island Red. Unfortunately the Irish Hills Red seems to lack what the Mackinac has, hopefully I'll grow to like it with 48 bottles left...

First of my 3 witbiers I bought the other day, CCB Florida Cracker. Flavor is great, but it's a little too fizzy for me. Makes it a little tart.

Found an old Ruin Ten. Still good though it lost some of its aroma and flavor. My bad.

First pour of my 2nd gen Diablo IPA with Citra hps added. Kudos to Pop-pop from my grandson Aidan and from my daughter who thought the Citra gave it a nice unique twist to my homebrew. I thorughly enjyed it as well after 4 weeks conditioning time.
