Re: The No Post Post
Finished with this weekends project. I'm going to be sore tomorrow. It took 70 stones to build the wall. Next weekend I'll dig out that dead bush and backfill with topsoil and plant a Japanese Maple.

Looks good BD! I used the same stone couple years back for a flower bed.

Re: The No Post Post
Lookin' good so far BD; did my project yesterday so doing the sore thing today. Moving around a like I'm a bit older today and got a few pages read on a library book in rest mode.
Looking at the finished results always provides a great sensation, especially with a home brew in hand.
That's give you not me of course.

Re: The No Post Post
I was lazy yesterday and did not do my projects/honey do list. Should have, went to do it today but had to go to town first and look at equipment on way back. Got home finally and it's raining.....grrrrrr Atleast I have new (old antique) equipment coming now. Still have the project to get done... darn it. Never put off for tomorrow what I SHOULD have done today, er, yesterday.... LOLBrewbirds wrote: did my project yesterday so doing the sore thing today.
I feel like I'm 90 today (NOT saying your old), so I know how you youngsters feel!Moving around a like I'm a bit older today

All the best tomorrow Phil.
I always knew you had the stones Chris. Care to come work on my house. I can pay in beer, lots of beer.

@Phil Best of luck on the new job!
@Chris Just remember, if you bring your stones to Jeff's house, you will be on the ground looking up at that kilt!

Thanks, guys!
Never look directly toward the kilt. It's like a solar eclipse. If you're intrigued, just catch a glimpse of it in your periphery so that you won't go blind when it becomes fully exposed.

Missed my 100* annual ritual yesterday but nailed it today...was 100* today so finally went swimming with SWMBO, grandkiddies and of course, Frisbee, who goes in on his own and no treats to coerce him anymore. Old pic same pool same story...fun for the next 4-5 months tops.

Not in-person experience, but I recall a picture being posted that burned my retinas a while back.

"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."
