A half gallon of Hoppocratic Oath, an excellent Imperial IPA. Reminds me of the line in Fort Apache, when the commander tells the sergeant to destroy the whiskey. "We've a man's work ahead of us lads".
Except that my wife had some too. And I'm writing this after it's gone.
Making beer and stew for the Zombie Apocalypse.
Never mind, there it is.

just pulled myself a pint of Jim's American Wheat
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain

Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

Victory's White Monkey. It's their Golden Monkey tripel, but aged in wine barrels. Absolutely delicious.

Tried a bottle of my "1420" pale ale. It was ready and I put one in the 'fridge a few days ago. I make some darn good beer. :hammer:
Things men have made with wakened hands, and put soft life into
Are awake through years with transferred touch and go on glowing
For long years.
And for this reason some old things are lovely
Warm still with the life of forgotten men who made them.

Last night I had some more of my Mr. Beer Dad's Cream Ale. I brewed this stuff late Dec. or early Jan. and still after all this time of conditioning it has only improved marginally and isn't anything good enough to share with family.

Tea. My pipeline is dead, nothing up my sleeves, nada. Got yeasties on the stir plate, crushed grains today, hopefully next day or 2. Gonna be a looooong 3 weeks. Damn, I might just have to get some work done round here....

Started with a Seasonal Brown Ale and then found an English Strong Ale that I bottled in January 2012. It was in my basement storage area and apparently was "lost". Still very good after 2+ years in the bottle. This is a very malt forward beer so it aged well.

Since I wasn't sure what Cream Ale was supposed to taste like, put a Lake Louie Cream Ale and my Denny Cream Ale side by side, I made Cream Ale! Drinking trub bottles of my Bottled MO Freedom SMaSH, Citra Slapped Amber, and the last of the second ever brew MB Classic American Light, so glad I have graduated from basic simple HME's!

Got a free growler fill at my favorite bar/growler station this week, so I opted for the brand new Blackstone HopJack IPA, which is quite good. You'll remember that Blackstone's Adam Bomb IPA won the Great American IPA challenge over the likes of Stone, New Belgium, Victory, Sweetwater, Maui, Bear Republic, Founders, Caldera, Lagunitas, Terrapin, Sierra Nevada, Bells, Bridgeport, Goose Island, and Dogfish Head, so their IPA skills are legit. This one is up to par for them. Liking it a lot...
