Looks like a great deal. The reviews are mixed though. While each shows four stars, the text says otherwise.

I know. Almost all of the reviews have problems with it. I'm going to give it a shot. It has to be at least as good as the pasta maker diy grain mill.

I'm still using a blender!

Yeah, I use a food processor and/or rolling pin if I don't get mine pre-crushed.
So it's about time I got with the program if this thing works.

It looks like they are clearing out their stock. The site mentions "half price "and says " While supplies last " If you want it I think you should get it soon.
It probably won't be state of the art and will have some issues but I'm hoping I can get it working well enough for my needs.
Getting feedback is going to take a long time from me with this project. I won't get around to this for at least a month.

Great find. I'm considering this even though my DIY pasta roller mill is still going strong. Those knurled rollers just look much better than my roughed up ones. Hmmm....

I was looking at that too and wasn't really impressed with the reviews. Right now it is easier to have the LHBS crush for me when I pick up my stuffs. But, am planning on getting this when I move as not sure if the LHBS will be as convenient there (it is a couple miles down the road from me now).

For the $$, looks good. Will need some work when it arrives, but should be an easy task. I'd use a varable speed drill in place of the handle.

From the pics I can't tell how one would adjust it...

I can not speak to the quality of this mill. I can say that AIH has stood behind every product I have bought. They contacted me to a problem my tank regulator was having and replaced it before I had an issue with it. That is standing behind what you sell.

It seems pretty substantial. I'll try it out with a drill tomorrow.
I had a really hard time uploading a photo or scan of the paper. It might be illegible.

Interesting... From the manual sheet, looks like once you loosen the tightening screws, the adjustment knobs can be rotated. I'm guessing there is some sort of cam action going on to be able toincrease/decrease the gap anf then re-tighten the screws.
