Man, those Kilt Lifters surprised me, it was purty dayum good! I'm thunkin da ABV had to be atleast 7%? Don't know what I'm gettin yet tonight, it's early.

ALCOHOL VOLUME: 6.50%

MALT VARIETIES: Pale, Crystal, Munich, Carapils Peated Scottish

HOP VARIETIES: Magnum, Goldings

IBU (BITTER UNIT): 27

COLOR: Ruby

YEAST: English ale

FLAVOR PROFILE: Layers of rich malt with a subtle smokiness. A little like single malt.

HISTORY: Edinborough had over 30 breweries in the 19th C. The ales were more malty than hoppy.

Elderberry Cab blend I fermented about a year and a half ago...

(realized I didn't have any beers cold soooo...)

Came out pretty nice!

The ESB like beer I made with the Delta hops. Delta hops make good ESB.

I'm drinking the brown ale that I fermented with Brett and SouthYeast Labs HS2 (yeast harvested from honeysuckle plants in the Smoky Mountains of TN). All kinds of red wine and pepper from this yeast. Liking it a lot. Works well with my roasty recipe.
