Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
Brewed up a batch of my APA yesterday. The keg of Leftover Lawnmower Ale went on the gas Thursday, so a couple more days before the first test pint.
Fermenting: Bucket 1 - Fresh Squeezed IPA; Bucket 2 - Empty
Kegged: Keg 1 - Irish Red; Keg 2 - Cream Ale; Keg 3 - Amber Ale; Keg 4 - APA; Keg 5 - Empty; Keg 6 - Empty; Keg 7 - Empty
The reason why the above list is so small Home Theater Build

Moved a Northern German Altbier to a late secondary and brewed up a fiver of a Belgian Blond.

Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
I brewed a 2.5 gallon batch of South Ferry Steam Beer yesterday. It's getting pretty warm around here, so I figured the temp was good for a Cali Common (in the high 60s in the basement, and with the yeast activity the fermenter could reach 72 or so).
Pretty soon it'll be saison temperatures down there. I better start planning. It's gotta be either that or lagers, and I still have at least a case of Pearly Pils in the lager fridge at 34 degrees.

Lots of bottling this weekend. Bottled the kvass on Saturday, and then bottled both of the Kashi Brett Saison variants today (regular and merlot soaked oak cubes). Corked and caged them (besides some leftover) in champagne bottles...
You'll note a special friend came into service in today's bottling...
Buddha exchange rules will be posted shortly...

Shut the Brew House down for now but the pipeline is holding up so far.
We've got Kolsch, ESB, Dusseldorf ALT, Rye Amber, Cream Ale, Black IPA, the free wort stout, APA, Texas Y'All (roasted pecans and vanilla bean), and out Dandelion Ale should be ready in a week or so.
Hoping that will hold us until we bug out.

Still waiting patiently for my Rye PA to finish fermenting. That's about another week to 10 days until I keg. Same for the cream ale, maybe a week until bottling.

Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
Took a small break because the pipeline was getting too big (is that even possible?) Just bottled my PEU GLORIEUX SAISON. Final gravity reading is 1.000! That's 100% attenuation from an OG reading of 1.052. You guys warned me about the Belle Saison yeast and you were right. That's going to give me about 6.9 ABV. A bit high for a saison, but that's the way it goes. The sample smelled great, like bread, hay and spices.

Just finished brewing Pineapple Wit! If anyone from the Borg recalls, when I first started brewing beer, my goal back then was to brew a pineapple wheat beer. Hopefully I'm successful in my endeavor! We will find out in a few weeks I suppose.

Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
Yesterday I brewed a West Coast Pale Ale Mod.
I've not been on this site for a while.......glad to be back! What was keeping me away is.......we're putting a pool in and the project started in early may and has occupied my free time A LOT. It's filling now (has been for 2 days) and should be ready for use soon.

Good to see you again, Wings.
Me, I dry hopped the Crown Top Pale Ale when I got home from work today. I'll be bottling it Saturday, and then brewing a fiver of PakTiki Pale Ale on Sunday.
And if everything goes according to plan, I'll be able to keg the PakTiki!
