Maybe it's those full body beers your making....you know, the ones with the hard foam heads that you need a knife and fork to drink it.

Screwy's calculator shows it also. Most of mine are 160 - 200 per 12 oz bottle. I'm drinking more than I drank when I didn't brew, but still less than most on this forum. My goal is to not look like Joe... :laugh
I have over 9,000 posts on "another forum", which means absolutely nothing. Mr. Beer January 2014 Brewer of the Month with all the pomp and circumstance that comes with it...

Most fermentation calculators like the one on Screwy's site or brewcalcs.com give you calorie content as well as ABV.

Even Joe don't wanna look like "Joe". :dead:
Things men have made with wakened hands, and put soft life into
Are awake through years with transferred touch and go on glowing
For long years.
And for this reason some old things are lovely
Warm still with the life of forgotten men who made them.

I work hard to keep the pounds off but the truth is, my beer is high in calories and my trips to the gym don't keep it all away. I try to eat much better during the week. I hope it works.

Yea gym is not in the routine here.... Working 4 am to 5pm then coming home and having a beer makes gym time equal no time...... Plus the fact I work in a bakery that makes fresh baked donuts might not help
