Friday the Forth, I'm putting together a few to go meals that I'm cooking now which includes smoked brisket sliced and burnt ends in BBQ sauce, smoked bake beans and Mac salad and a roll and a few large shrimp cooked on the grill. Taking one down to my Mom, the wife is taking 2 over to her parents and I'm taking two down to my old neighbor buddy and his wife and me and him will drink a few of my Washington presidential Porters. After that we are going to Mayville NY on the lake to listen to some bands and watch the fireworks.
Sat. Sun. and Mon (have that day off too) I haven't planned that far ahead yet, maybe mow the lawn and drink some more lawn mower de saison :)

The 4th (today) we are going to my wife sister's for a cookout/pool party.
Saturday, is chore day. Now that I'm on daylight, I can't get much done around the house
during the week, but I'm not complaining!
Sunday is gonna be brew and relaxation day! Mosaic SMaSH!
The LHBS is closed today so I have to wait until Saturday get grain.
We start 12's this coming week, and for the foreseeable future, I'm not gonna feel like doing much,
So I'm trying to cram it in this weekend!!

Happy 4th BORG! :borg:

Wish I could brew today or tomorrow whirl the humidity dropped lower than normal. By Sunday, it'll be back but I just tell myself that all the sweating and loss of fluids can be easily replaced......if you know what I mean.
Really, this drop in humidity is rare this time of year here.

The party gods are looking out for us. We have our daughters grad party tomorrow, rain/storm from Arthur will have gone by, temps mid 80's, but more important, humidity drops from mid 70's to mid 40's...

Today, trying to get some party prep grilling/smoking in before rain starts back up. Doing it since 8 am... Of course, after the serious stuff was done, sweating bullets, had to have a brew... I don't care about that 5 o'clock somewhere stuff... I want, I drink...

Hope everyone is having a fine day with famiy, friends, whomever majes you smile...

Today I'm going to a friend of a friends party. I have some mixed reservations about this, but the dude homebrews and it's prob a better option than staying here alone.
Saturday might involve a quick AM trip to NYC, then I need to donate piles of old clothes.
Sunday I'd like to do some mountain biking. I have a gallon of applewine I need to get off the yeast and perhaps brew up an experimental gallon of mead.
