I stumbled across this today and was wondering if anyone has any experience with it? My old arthritic hands struggle with prying a bucket lid off, so I thought this might be useful. I was thinking this might be nice as a lid for a secondary or bottling bucket (or even a primary) if the "airtight seal" claim is true.

Re: Gamma Seal Lid
I have them on all 4 of my 5 gal food grade buckets for my DME. They are great, just spin on and off. And they do seem to seal air tight too. At least I've not had any moisture get in to my DME yet.

I own a few of the Gamma Vittles containers to store all my grain in. Not cheap but they keep things uber dry in my very humid climate. The same lids twist tight but are easy to take off. They'll last a lifetime.

The outer ring that mounts to the bucket has a lip that I would be worried about being able to clean.
I'd say no for primary.
Might be ok for secondary.
And I don't snap a lid on my bottling bucket. Just set it on top.
