Thanks Guys looks like am staying. Pray that I get a full admission & finally get well. This past year has really really sucked . Told my wife that I wanted a divorce because I can not stand what I have done to her through this fall into hell & madness. She told me fine, she did not want one. Also she still wants me as her assistant. What can you say and do about that?

Take care and relax and do whatever the Doc tells you to do. Just don't be chasing those good looking nurses around the area at night.

I sure hope they can figure out how to help you. Back pain suxs for damn sure. Sounds like you have a great wife, willing to put up with it, she's a keeper. I don't pray much, but for you here it comes.

Regardless of what RickS just said, I hope they get you feeling good enough you CAN chase the nurses around. Hey, wait, my daughter is a nurse... oh what the heck, go get 'em tiger!!

AND, please don't talk like that, life is to precious to do anything........ words escape me, but u get the picture bud!

I don't pretend to know how bad it is for you, or exactly what the problem is, but if its like mine, I have heard the germans have procedures to help this that has not passed FDA approval, something to think about.

My problem is degenerative disc disease, I'm told they have developed a way to *ballon* ?? the disk? Easing the pain? This is through the rumor mill, you know how that goes. Ask your doc if he has heard of it. I could be wrong, but it could not hurt to ask. If I'm off base, just ignore me. I really hope they can help you!!

Sorry you're incapacitated, Bob. It can get depressing, I know. But hang in there and try to be patient. And I second Beer-lord's admonition to allow your wife to help you out. She's a good woman, and I know from my own experiences that having such a partner by your side during trying times can be a real godsend.
