Blended by attrition

Post by Gymrat »

I blew my keg of Ralphs International IPA. So I moved my lines over to Ralphs Old Time Scottish Ale. My first glass had what was left in the line plus the new beer. I must say....it is quite tasty.

You don't clean your lines when changing kegs?
You might have just created a new brew.

Yes I will clean them and the faucet tomorrow. But when I empty a keg during a session I just move the lines over and clean them later.
