Wai Iti Wheat and Wai Iti Saison @3 weeks. Both are yummy. My camera is broken, so no pics, but I will post some later, and I will review in my thread.

Best Kcup coffee I've ever had- New England coffee hazelnut. The pods have a paper filter instead of all plastic.

Just opened my first Oatmeal Stout, this one has coffee added. Nice coffee flavor. Only put coffee in 25%.

18 month old Winter Dark Ale. Not bad but I now use this as a base for other recipes.

My Middletown Pale Ale
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

Kona Big Wave. A really nice beer, had one on the boat. Beautiful sailing day. Then I had a couple of more after.
Making beer and stew for the Zombie Apocalypse.

My Irish Red, which I am now thinking is more of a Red IPA. It has a very strong malt backbone, but is hoppier than most true Irish Reds. Will have to run the recipe through Qbrew to see what the IBU's are. Actually I am not a real stickler for style and this is a damn good beer.

Georgetown Brewing Manny's Pale Ale... Just left a two table after work party at a restaurant where we went through about 10 pitchers of Pale Ale; Tasty!

First I had a New Belgium Summer Helles. Now I'm drinking a New Belgium Black Lager. They are like total opposites on the lighly hopped beer spectrum. Even though the Black Lager is a also a lager, I can tell it was fermented at more like steam beer temps. I think I am going to try to make something like it, it's delicious, a nice alternative to a stout or porter.

Drinking some Amarillo Pale Ale while grilling up some supper at home after work. Perfect ending to a perfect day!

Had some local/regional beers tonite. Had the Mississ-IPA from a brand new brewery in North Mississippi called Yalobusha Brewing (must be an Indian name) that wasn't bad. And they had a rum barrel stout that was killer.
Closer to home in Hammond, LA (sleepy town 50 minutes north) at the Gnarley Barley Brewery they make an awesome RyePA. It was a great 86 degree night beer.
