Hoppy IPA Day!

Post by Beer-lord »

Imagine that, a day named after me.
Today is IPA day but I won't partake today....had my share last night and will imbide tomorrow night during the start of pre-season NFL freakin' football!

Hope the rest of you have a chance to enjoy an IPA. IPA's are the main reason I brew, as if that weren't already known.

Yes but the team I want to see is on tomorrow night. Not that the first 4 games mean anything but "DON'T GET HURT"!

I felt very honored last night at the beer club meeting so I think I still have enough hops in my blood to get me to tomorrow night. But just in case, I might take a sip after hitting the lawn after work. Feel free to have my share tonite.

If I don't have your share tonight (and that's probably hard, since one 12oz of your brews has more hops than I have used in ALL my brews), I will make up for it this weekend by the pool on a mini-vacation!

Ain't that the truth. I can't even imaging buying hops by the pound when most of my additions are either .25/oz or .50/oz!

Hate it when that happens!

Perfect day as it reminded me it was time to dump the round two addition of dry hops (1 oz Cascade, 1 oz Nugget) into the CHAOS IPA that gets kegged on Sunday. One more dry hop to go although havent quite decided what it is going to be - hence, CHAOS IPA, eh.
