Glad to hear that it might have survived.
But, I think the real Johnny might need some carbing too. Really, he didn't do too bad, not great but ok. I'm not sold on him yet.

We will see on Monday night football I just wish either QB had a decent receiver to throw the ball at (that was not going to sit out the season most likely).Beer-lord wrote:Glad to hear that it might have survived.

I didn't see the game, but saw highlights. Looks like the NFL just might get into his head and eat him alive...
Re: Johnny Manz-Ale
He's trying to make friends! I totally didn't expect that and had a good laugh. The announcers didn't say anything but shortly after I left so maybe they talked about it. It sure made the news quickly after the game.

Re: Johnny Manz-Ale
I had a couple of friends over for the game today. Unfortunatley the Browns lost.
But we opened a couple of bottles of Johnny Manz-Ale to help wash the wings down. This is a good beer. It was actually nice to drink a smooth balanced brown ale instead of the IPA's that I've been making. The color was a great deep brown with a good head. The flavor was malty, nutty, a very light touch of chocolate with just enough hops to balance it out. The other two guys really like it too.
Oh...and the wings were awesome too!!!
