Brewversary

Post by Ibasterd »

I just realized that this month, last year was when I first got my Mr. Beer kit and made my first batch of beer. Looking back, it was not very good, but I made it and I stuck with it. Over this year, I have made some "just drinkable" to very good beers. I have gone from extract kits, to steeping grains and hop additions to all grain. I've learned a lot thanks to the Borg. I continue to learn and try new techniques and can't wait to brew my next batch (Monday hopefully). Thanks for the help along the way everybody.

Brew on!

I had to forget my brewversary as I had a tendency to remember that much easier than my anniversary which didnt fly particularly well with the wifey....

Congrats to you and a big thanks to the BORG for turning from noobs to well taught brewers in just a years time. It couldn't be done without the dedication and contributions from those of you with more experience. :urock:
