I thought they were all good, but I liked the Black IPA believe it or not. Mostly because it was hop flavor, not much bittter. I liked all of them, I did not get to try the wheat, or the brown. I wish I would have thought to photo the fight board because they were all labeled under the samplers. Next time.
I don't know who painted the floor (2nd pic) but they are cruel. When I saw the white paint below the fermentor I thought it was beer foam and you were filming a spill.
@BB - Yes I have no idea what used to be in there, but it does look like a spill.
@Kealia - Real small time operation, I don't think they had the facility to wash glasses. So the little sample cups. There were hundreds in the trash can. They worked fine tho. But real glass would have been better, but this is a touristy area, and probably only real brewers would know. So the tourists get plastic cups.
@Rebel - No, I never thought to ask. The guy there looked like a college guy that worked there serving to the tourists, so it might have been pointless, but next time I'll try to find out.
There's another brewery down the street called Innovation Brewery, that I intend to try to get to. This one (Heinzelmannuchen) is very little, I think they have regular day jobs. They are trying to raise money to move down the road to Dillsboro, cause I think Innovation is eating their lunch.
