After a brewing hiatus since July 15 because of the heat I am taking advantage of a nice day to brew the following. I MIGHT drop the Columbus and throw in two ounces of Simcoe in it's place.

Re: Ralph's Autumn IPA
I decided to use the Simcoe rather than the Columbus
Re: Ralph's Autumn IPA
I was going to say use both as they do compliment each other very well IMO.

Wow...that looks pretty good. I can't wait to hear your thoughts when it's finally done. That's a big IBU number from all the hops at 15 and under. I'll be curious as to your thoughts on it's overall percieved bitterness/balance.

Re: Ralph's Autumn IPA
This is the same hop schedule I use on all of my IPAs. I just use different hops. Most of the time the perceived bitterness is about the same as an Odell's IPA. Except when I have used galaxy hops. Those give a much higher perceived bitterness.
