Making Another Batch of Beer!

Yes BrewDemon and Mr. Beer kits are pretty darn easy but sometime you need a little help from the Borg to get you on the right track. Post your questions here!

Making Another Batch of Beer!

Post by Shermie »

Just started another batch of beer over the weekend.

This one is the Nut Brown flavor. it should be ready to bottle when I come back from Philly after Labor Day. :)

The hook is set! Good for you! After this 17 gallons fermenting in the basement gets kegged, I think some version of a Brown Ale is on deck!

+1 to multiple fermenters. It will help keep the pipeline full so that you can let some of the brews age a bit and get a feel as to when the different styles hit perfection. I rarely buy commercial beers anymore other than as a research project, to will when mowing the lawn, or when "picky" drinkers come to visit.
