Blew both of my kegs in one night
I knew I was getting low on one beer. I had no idea my other one was almost gone too. My kegerator only holds 3 kegs so I only had one chilled. That was Ralph's Summertime Pale Ale. That one was a really simple recipe. 7lbs 2 row, 2lbs munich, and 5oz of Cascade hops with BRY-97 yeast. I must say it is incredible. Then I pulled both empty kegs out this morning and put my keg of Ralph's Farmhouse Ale II in and hooked the gas line to it. This evening I was cleaning both lines and took a sample of the Farmhouse Ale. It was still not cold but it tasted incredible. I still don't get as much flavor from 5oz of Nelson Suavin hops as I had hoped but it really is good stuff nonetheless.

I know the feeling, I hate empty kegs. I emptied one a week or so ago, now the second one is almost empty. Only beer I have left is sitting in the fermentor, may have to keg it earlier than planned.
Your pale ale looks just simple enough to be pretty tasty!

I think I may have that same thing happen to me this week. I have 5G of Levitation that I'm sure will kick soon and my 2.5G of Amarillo Pale Ale has to be there, too. Of course, they always last longer than I think they will so we'll see.

I hear ya. With the new kegerator setup, I have been struggling to get a second one online before the first one kicks it. Looks like I MAY actually have two online at once although I doubt I will get a third until another one kicks it.

This is where Roger has an advantage on me I suppose. IIRC, he naturally carbs his kegs so when one (or two) blows he has an immediate replacement. I force carb everything so from the time I put a new keg in the kegerator I still have about 10 days or so before it's ready.
