Re: Beer belly
Most of my brews run from 200 to 300 cal/12 oz. I still manage to lose weight while enjoying a beer or two an evening. You just need to balance everything out. Since my doctor told me she wants me to lose more weight I will be rejoining Weight Watchers. In the 18 months that I was a member I lost 40 pounds. That included a full season at work and a nightly brew or two

Re: Beer belly
Wow Bob your beer closet must be three times as big as mine to age a bunch of beer that long. Does BeerSmith keep track of those for you? And I morn when I finish the last beer of a batch that was a few months old. How in the world do you decide when it is time to re-brew one of those?haerbob3 wrote:I mostly Belgiums you only need one. PS how are you these days everything good with you now?

Re: Beer belly
I have a nice cool basement with lots of dark spooky closets to guard my beer. It is sad that this is the last of those holiday beers. I have started again with Andy's Ale a saison brewed in memory of Andy Wesley, a family friend you passed way too early. I will be brewing more of them this winter or as soon as my back allows. Spent most of the day at the doc's again, more tests again YUK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
