I picked and dried my Cascades, I have enough for a small batch. I thought I would do extract+grains, quick boil. I'm estimating my hops at 5 aau, guessing they would be slightly low. How does this recipe sound? (APA)
2.5 gallons
3.3lbs Light LME
.25lb Crystal 40 steep
.25lb Vienna steep
35g Cascade @25
21g Cascade @5
US05 Yeast.
