I'm in, I'm a level 4
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

It would seem we have a small but dedicated group of signees this time around, but that's okay. And there are still two more days to sign up. Thanks to all who are participating, and especially those who expressed willingness to brew at any level in order to accommodate the ones who don't have the same level of experience.

Pairings will be posted Sunday, 9/21/14.

Dave, newcomer to the RCE but I'm in at level 4. Will be closing the camper and winterizing next Saturday, so my Saturdays have opened up as of the first part of October. I think I got in too late for the winter one, even if I could have I think I was still a bit intimidated by the brewing process.

Was wondering if another was coming up, only half read the stickie thought it was still the winter one.

Dave,
Thanks for putting this together again. I would like to participate again. Level 3 or 4 BIABer. Made a great beer with Paul and made a new friend. Anyone sitting on the fence I would encourage to give it a try.

Have fun guys. I just caught up on everything I wanted to brew so I think I may sit this one out. Plus, I find that I'm getting a narrow taste for styles that I like so I don't want to limit anybody's creativity or choices.
