Had a Howling Red Ale and a Uncle Monkey's dunkle I brewed from Mr. Beer conditioned 7 weeks. Not bad for my first attempt at home brewing. Color was outstanding on both and carbonation was right on. Plan on testing my Pumkin Lager and Aztec Mexican Cerveza in another 2 weeks. Both beers seemed to be lacking, but hay I made beer and I can drink it. :D

Looks like you're washing that beautiful IPA down with a Bud Berryman. :flag: I'm finishing up a keg of Barefoot Girls. It was a big hit at my block party. A gateway brew. BMC drinkers loved it. I was trying to lead them over to Craft Brew Side. I think I snagged a few. :barman:

Drinking my first Oktoberfest Ale. I'm really happy how it turned out. Sweet, malty, great color. I dare say, better than some of the commercial oktos I've had.

just tapped a keg of Jim's American Wheat with falconer's flight hops for flavor and aroma...has a good mango flavor to it

If your drinking that...then it means you must be off the pain meds. And that means you must be feeling better.

I was only on the meds 1 day. The hell with that stuff. I can't believe how well I'm doing and surprised myself.
But I still only had 2 beers tonite and that Hoptimum was very good. Great malt/hops balance. I'm tempted to grab another one but I still have to keep my heart healthy thru another Saints game tomorrow. That's not been easy.
