Ok guys scold me like a NOOB, but after only one week in the bottle I had to try my Pumpkin Ale (it was calling out to me to try) I had 2 - 12 oz testers I put on top of my fridge. Tonight I put one in the fridge for only about 2 hours and tried one.................I'm really going to like this beer, my Wife and Daughter both took a taste and they liked it also. It had some decent carb already, but I know it needs a few more weeks.
Was going to get a Pic but drank it before I could get up to get my camera. Next week I'll open the other tester and have the camera ready to post a pic

Pulled a small sample of my Porter on tap. It is coming along nicely. It is sitting at 40 degrees at 11-12psi. Another week in there and it may be all carbed and ready to go. Still flat with little to no head at this point.

I have been drinking a lot of that saison I made with the juniper and bitter orange and not much else, because I really like it. ~1.5 gallons of my 5 gallon batch is gone already...

And I thought Pecker Wrecker was an awesome name for a beer! Then again I've also come across Nut Sack brown ale where the can is emblazoned with a squirrel holding a sack of nuts that looks awful close to human male testes...

Still lightly under carbed but it is pretty much there. It has been getting better and better with each glass. It has only been in the kegerator for 1 full week and my understanding is that it takes about 2 full weeks to carb while cold if it wasn't carbed already. Looking forward to getting another Keg of something in there soon.
I also got the thumbs up from the neighbors who tried it. Next beer will be the pumpkin beer but after that I think I may give my first go around on a pale ale. Never made one yet, except the original Mr. Beer extract one I made back on 12/31/2009.
