Well, we're on the verge of cool weather here. The basement is actually warmer than the house now, but it will cool. My next batch should be the last one that needs chilling, or maybe one more.
BeerLord, can you even go back to small batches until fully recovered? If I were in PT I might go back to 2 gallon batches or even 1.
