Oh the jokes that come to my head with this story. Could have lots of laugh but I'm staying out of it.
But, I've heard this for years and really believe it. I've heard the Indians used V-yeast as well and I'm pretty sure I've heard Sam from DogFish Head mention this before.
Me, I'm partial to 001 myself.
