another good read

Post by mtsoxfan »

I found a book that I think would be interesting for different level brewers. It is called Brewer's Apprentice by Greg Koch and Matt Allyn. It has great beginner and intermediate info, while some would even be helpful beyond that. What I enjoyed most though was at the end of each chapter they have an interview with someone know/associated by the topic. Eric Harper - Summit Brewing, Vinnie Cilurzo - Russian River Brewing, Nick Floyd - Three Floyds brewing etc.
It was great reading about their passion, their start, and some helpful info...

I have that book in kindle form though I never read it all, just glanced. I've gotten a few books over the years and have never read them from front to back.Gonna have to take another look at that one.

Regardless of your experience, I think you'll enjoy the read. I love the interviews...
I'm an old hold out. I still like turning pages etc. I have friends who never read a newspaper, just the online version.
