Thanks RickBeer... that is the link they gave me. Just another version of online help. I was looking to go up the food chain much higher.
I have found that you need to go to the person with authority to do soemthing rather than offer advise to get anywhere. Even after explaining what I did, they sent me links that said to do what I had already done. They are basically reading from a script, like a lot of customer service.

Understand. I am pretty good at finding a way in. Research the name of the person you want to contact, i.e. "President Samsung Consumer Business Division" via Google. You'll get a LinkedIn result which will point you to this: http://www.linkedin.com/vsearch/p?orig= ... rk=TSEO_SN. You can try to connect via LinkedIn, or now that you have a name send an email as follows:

John.Smith@samsung.com
John_Smith@samsung.com
JSmith@samsung.com
SmithJ@samsung.com

I usually find the right one within 3 tries. Then write them using words like Better Business Bureau, contacting media outlets, etc.

Hey Rick can you find LorraineMontana (all one word no space) from the MB forum for me? I googled it the other day and there was one on the Mac forum and one on the trip adviser forum but after that discovery I haven't a clue. I need a gal pal on here and her one and only post was pretty fun.
