Well this week end I brewed up a Hard Mulled Cider with oranges, brown sugar, cloves, cinnimon sticks and corriander. I smelled great and tasted pretty good for the OG sample, which came out at 1.070. After talking with the Cider guy at the LHBS I ended up using Lalvin K1-V1116 yeast and I'm hoping to end up with about a 7% ABV on this one. I also bottled my "It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown Ale" which ended up being about 5% ABV and the sample I have was great. I'm very excited about this one. I can hardly wait until it's carbed up.

Gonna bottle a 2.5 batch of Tennessee Cream Ale tomorrow, and then on Sunday, I'm brewing a 2.5 of South Ferry Steam Beer. I'm really looking forward to it.

I'm done brewing for a bit. I have my Nelson Sauvin Pale Ale ready this weekend along with a keg of Experiment 626.
Plus, I have a case of my Fresh Squeezed clone that will be ready to test in two weeks and the batch of my Marilyn (Maris Otter Pale Ale) that's chilling.
Oh yeah, I still have some Lagunitas IPA and a few Sierra Nevada PA's to drink, too.
Whoops, forgot the beers that were recently sent to me.
Plus a few bottles of various things that I've picked up here and there.

No need to brew for a bit. Time to get drinking!

I should brew something, I really should. I do not have an IPA or IIPA in the house that I brewed. Bela's IPA keg kicked last week. Like Ron, I still have PLENTY of beer in bottles or on tap, thanks to others or from my own hand.
I have a Brett Saison in the fermenter that I'll move to a room to sit for a few months while the Brett does it's thing.

There's a gun show tomorrow and I'm going, yea that's my excuse for not brewing. Like beer, one can not have enough guns and ammo. :)

I'm officially on vacation now (next week) and have a brew day planned to do the Fresh Squeezed as well. The weather has been awesome and getting awesomer (it's a real word).
