Very simple.
5 gal batch
8 lbs two row
0.5lbs 40L (or ten or 20, or just use all two row)
0.75 lbs cane sugar
mash grains 95 minutes at 152-156, sparge using your method
Start boil, add cane sugar (hey, I got a small pot, give me a break, it works great!)
1 oz Warrior 60min
3 oz Simcoe 20min
1/2 tab Whirfloc 15 min (not necessary, but I got 'em
I love this beer.

That does look good for such an easy recipe. Probably gives you a real nice drinkable pale ale.

Warrior and Simcoe, what's not to love.
Pilsner I understand, but why a 95 minute mash with just 2 Row?
